10 Gallon Booch Tank

With the 10 gallon Ss Brewtech Booch Tank, we’re getting a fresh look at the Kombucha brewing and fermenting process. The wide, fully removable lid makes SCOBY retrieval easy (as it should be), and the mesh-covered O2 port allows the SCOBY to breathe naturally for unrestricted growth. The Booch Tank is constructed of high quality 304 stainless steel so you know it's made to last.  The sanitary welds and sanitary tri-clamp fittings are a must when it comes to kombucha to produce the highest and cleanest quality product.  

The large removable lid on the top makes for removing the SCOBY after the fermentation process easy as well as cleaning the system.  

Easily sample your product at any time with the pro-style sample valve on the front of the fermenter, and always know your fermentation temperate with the included digital thermometer.
